The ChemGrout model CG-050M is a portable, skid-mounted grout pump. It’s lightweight aluminum design makes it an ideal solution for smaller jobs.
This hydraulic powered grout pump is designed for ease of use and mobility, particularly in areas lacking air or electric power sources. It includes a 5-gallon holding hopper directly connected to the suction of the durable 2” positive displacement piston pump, ensuring continuous pumping operations.
The grout pump handles high viscosity slurries and most pre-packaged grouts, with a discharge head exceeding 45.7m, making it perfect for vertical lifting and hollow metal filling applications. The system disassembles without tools for fast, efficient cleaning and maintenance. The pump is ready to use with a 12.5-foot grout hose and a set of spare piston cups included.
