Yes, we do. Our servicing schedules are tailored to your machine and its requirements. We are committed to providing you with all necessary support through the entire asset life.

What brands do you carry?

CGS Equipment is the exclusive distributor of the best brands for concrete, grout and screed. Our US brands are REED, ChemGrout, and Cemen Tech, and our European brands are PFT, Turbosol, Clever & Co, STARING and Overmat.

We also offer maintenance, servicing and parts solutions to suit other equipment brands.

How quickly can you source parts for repairs?

Our large inventory holding means we stock all critical spares required for your equipment. If any item happens to be out of stock, CGS can arrange expedited freight to suit your requirements.

Do you provide training for your concrete, grout and screed equipment?

Yes, CGS offers training programs for all of its equipment. We can deliver training to your team at your site, on the job, in our warehouse or via video.

Our Service Department is always available to provide refresher training to ensure your team retains the skills and knowledge required to keep your equipment functioning and maximise performance.

Can you help with equipment troubleshooting?

Yes, we can. Our Service Department includes technical expertise, able to assist you with troubleshooting and problem solving.

Do you provide warranty on equipment, parts and service?

Yes, we do. Our entire range is covered by the comprehensive warranty programs of our suppliers. We also provide warranty on all service & repair work undertaken by CGS, and the parts we supply, in accordance with our Terms of Sale.

Do you provide mobile equipment servicing?

Yes. We can arrange a mobile technician to visit your site. Alternatively, we can provide equipment servicing from our warehouse in Blacktown, NSW.

We also stock and supply a huge range of spare parts and service kits suitable for our entire equipment range.

Can you handle emergency repair needs?

Yes, we can. Our team is available to provide emergency repairs at our head office in Blacktown, NSW. Alternatively, we can arrange a mobile technician to visit you on site.

What does your maintenance service include?

Do you offer a full turn key package?

Yes. We can customize all our machines to the requirements of any application. Please contact us with your requirements.

My application requires specific safety gear is installed on the machine.

We offer a full customisation program to ensure the machines are suitable and compliant to the specific usage and environment. We’ve customised machines with safety lighting and sound, changed tyres to tracks and more.

Do you offer machine servicing?

Yes! We offer a full repair and service model for all makes, models and ages of machines at our Blacktown workshop. Contact us for a quote or to organize a site visit.

I don’t know what pump I need. What information do you need to help me?

We will take you through the key areas of flow rate, material requirements, onsite requirements, mobility, ease of usability and more to determine the right product for your business. We have an extensive range that covers many applications and happy to help you choose the right machine.

Can you provide training on delivery?

Definitely. We can provide training in-house or onsite. Furthermore we provide tech support via our Sydney office for the life of the asset. Schematics and instructional videos are also useful and available on request.

I need a mobile concrete pump. What do you have?

We specialise in mobile mixers and pumps, from trailer-mounted pumps you can tow to stationery pumps that can be moved using the in-built forklift tynes.
